According to reports, recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China and the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China announced excellent cases of national cultural and tourism equipment technology improvement in 2024. After application, evaluation, and publicity, the "Open and Senseless Smart Borrowing System for Libraries" recommended by the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development and applied by the Chongqing Library has been successfully selected. Among the provincial-level public libraries in China, only two cases, Chongqing Library and Guangdong Provincial Zhongshan Library, were selected.

It is known that the "Open and Senseless Smart Borrowing System for Libraries" applied by Chongqing Library is based on cutting-edge cultural and tourism equipment technology, focusing on the common issues of public cultural digitalization needs. By adding new technologies to traditional borrowing services in libraries, it creates smart application scenarios and helps to build a smart library system.

The system is jointly developed by Chongqing Library and a representative enterprise of China's Internet of Things industry in Shenzhen.
