HL3100 is well designed to accommodate both prepayment and smart metering with internal disconnection relay and various communication interfaces including PLC, RF Mesh, Cellular. Comply with STS2.0, DLMS/COSEM protocol standards. Local communications are optical fiber and RS-485, and the communication methods with CIU are optional, M-BUS, RF, PLC etc.
